Once goods are sold and dispatched from our location, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted. Customers are requested to inspect product quality before confirming the order.

Order cancellations may be considered only before processing or dispatch begins, subject to management approval. If an order has already entered processing or packing stage, cancellation may not be possible. Any advance payment made is subject to agreed terms and conditions.
